ARTICLE 48 (A) PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND SAFEGUARDING OF FORESTS AND WILD LIFE


    The State shall endeavour to protect and improve the environment and to safeguard the forests and wild life of the country.
